Upgradation of Teachers

Upgradation of Teachers is the only survival of the existing education system. The rusted structure of education yells standing on the shores of inflation in the country, economic crisis, stupid riots, increase in health issues, evaporation of writ of state and downfall of ideology of coexistence in Pakistan. Education is the mother of root cause in every sense.  Lack of IT education in early 2000s have designed non technical teachers which prove to become a burden over the current education system.

The generation gap between the two generation is creating a lack of acceptability for the youth in terms of non IT trained teachers endorsed over them. The next generation is said to be tech born kids and they actively participate in Information Technology gadgets as compared to their early generation. In an educational society parents and teachers must be far better trained than the younger ones. This creates a stability of trust and reliability  amoung a generation which eventually establishes acceptability for the teachers to lead the class with dignity and honor.

Positive use of Computers, Mobiles and different gadgets have become so essential that without using them it now takes time and a lot of efforts to educate and train the students.  Evolution of humanity is dependent upon easiness, fast work and creativity. These three elements describe the new technology advancement in a system. Modern Education system requires teaching tasks to become easy, fast and creative in order to prepare the kids for the competitive world.

Government must take lead in revolutionizing the Education System through online admissions, digital attendance, Management though Artificial intelligence, software based study and digital content creation and submission in terms of Quizzes, Assignments and Final Exams. Government has all the resources and man power to accomplish this task in just months. Will power is the only requirement which we need to see in our Education Minister along with a brave and visionary leadership in the country.

School Management on their own can train their staff to meet up the challenges in their service providing. School owners must organize workshops, seminars and training sessions to upgrade their staff so that they could deliver better in this existing education system.   Together we can make Pakistan the Epicenter of Modern Education system in the world. Teachers are the backbone of the education system in the world. We need to address the concerns of teachers as a nation as our generation will ultimately go in their hands and together we should make sure that those hands are safe enough!
